Terms of Service (for commissions, customs and adopts)

Before you adopt a character, get a custom character or commission me, please read these before carefully! It has three parts: General, Commission and Adopt/Custom TOS. You can skip the commission TOS if you are going to get an custom/adopt from me and vice versa. General TOS at the end is important for both, don't skip this! A blacklist is at the end as well. 

Commission TOS:

- Pay before I start the commission or after seeing the first draft/WiP. Also wait for my okay to your commission request after discussing the necessary stuff (character, pose, etc). 

- You can ask to see WiPs alongside the progress.

- If someone else's character should be included, please make sure that they allow their character(s) to be drawn and send me their info for proper credit.

- Under special circumstances, if I'm not able to do your commission, I'll tell you and give you a refund. 

- Please respect my dos and don'ts! 

- Don't remove my watermarks/signature and don't claim my art as yours! 

- I have the right to refuse if the character is too complicated for me to draw or I'm uncomfortable with it. 

- Please provide me visual and clear references only. 

- Commissioned art from me is for your personal use only! 

Adopts TOS:

- These rules also apply for custom character commissions (customs). 

- My adopts are OTA (offer to adopt) unless told otherwise. Money payment is priority, but I'm okay with art and custom character payments (kinda picky with those though). 

- I can take holds, when you are not able to pay in money or art right now (tell me how long though). If art payment, please keep me updated on your progress and also be done within a month (I can give more if you give me a proper reason). If you win a character from me, respond in 24 hours or I'll reroll another winner. 

- Please tell me first if you want to resell/trade/gift the adopt. You're not allowed to resell/trade/gift the adopt immediately, wait one month after you got the adopt. I won't take adopts back. Don't sell my characters to my blacklisted people. 

- You can sell the adopt at the same price or lower of purchase.

- If you got the adopt through art payment, you can also put the adopt up for an art offer.

- If you got the adopt through a custom character payment, you can trade the adopt with another character. 

- If you got the adopt for free, you can give it away for free only. Unless you commissioned art for the free adopt, then you can sell the adopt for the same value as the commission(s). 

- You can make some minor design changes and alternative outfits/hairstyles. 

- You're allowed to change the gender of an adopt as long as the character is recognizable. 

- Please keep the original design if you redesign or change gender. 

- You're allowed to make gore art of the adopt. 

- You're allowed to do NSFW art of the adopt, as long as the adopt is an adult. Ask me, if you're not sure. I don't tolerate proshipping (inc*st, r*pe, p3d0philia, z00philia), results in instant block/blacklist. 

General TOS:

- When you want to commission or want an adopt from me, send me a DM and tell me what you want. Or comment on specific posts, when my DMs aren't open. I'll try to reach out to you. 

- Please credit me for my designs and art! 

- Money payment in US$ via Ko-fi or PayPal.

- Tips are not necessary, but appreciated. 

- Do not rush me if I'm not responding quickly, please be patient. I can be busy or asleep if we're in different time zones. 

- Don't trace from my art and don't steal my designs! 

- Don't use my work for crypto/NFT purposes! I don't support this! 

- Don't use my art and adopts for hate speech, discrimination or illegal content!

Abiding against these rules will cause you to get blocked and blacklisted!

Blacklist:

These people are not allowed to adopt from me or get one of my adopts. If I find out that you're selling an adopt to a blacklisted person, you'll land on this list as well. People who have been scamming me or selling my art as NFTs will also go here. 

There's no blacklisted person yet,  hopefully it stays like this. :)
