A warlock whose patron is like a father to him. Lucero's a very scary but benevolent conqueror of the country he grew up in and was once sorely mistreated in. He's worked hard to improve the lives of everyone. He's a very flirtatious sort and likes to use his looks to keep people off guard while he's determining whether or not they're a threat to him or his people.
