** Personally owned designs and characters **

Any and all designs of mine are free to draw, preferably ask me before drawing gore or nsfw - it’s alright if you don’t it would just be nice to know x (However, if it’s directly specified on the character’s page that you can’t draw things like that, just don’t ;3)

Don’t offer on any characters unless they have the tag ‘overlock’ on them or you saw me entertaining offers - the tag is there to sort them out and let you know I’d be inclined to let them go.

** Sold designs and characters **

Prices will vary, be sure to check the tradeability as well as my preferred rules in the description of adopts or designs. Sometimes I don't want them to be resold - All designs can absolutely be regifted and therefore resold with extra art, it would be nice to be told where things are going and don’t be shy to ask me if you need permissions changed to give em’ a new home!
PLEASE do not hide a design I've given you, I like to check on them every once in awhile I feel disheartened if their not there - Following that, if you immediately put a design of mine you adopted up for Trade or Sale after getting them WITHOUT any extra art, I can and will put you on a private blacklist along with asking for said character back (with refund if purchased) because you did not follow my ToS.

** Redesign permissions **
Redesigns are completely alright as long as the characters are still recognisable and not entirely different from their original design. (ie. Colour palette and certain features remain the same) Alternate outfits and looks are fine, as long as the base look follows the rules above.
