An easygoing angel who used to be a commander of the Watchers, but is now retired.
Generally a low energy person, but is very observant in predicting trends and shifts. He is the oldest and strongest angel around, but isn't really fond of fighting and only wants to have a quiet and peaceful retirement. Also good at doing healing magic. Though he will take any opportunity available to slack off, he's capable of doing work if its important enough. (If its not important then forget it)
