Jingle Halls is a play on words and is always the life of the party in later years but is seen mostly telling folklore on the corner near the water fountain in later years. He is like a bard in some cases and laughs off those who take a serious tone as he feels uncomfortable with harsh reality. Though he wants to see more smiles than anything he will pull you into song and dance if you grab his outstretched hands, in an attempt to cheer you up.
