Minerva Crane

The enigmatic sole doctor of a small coastal fishing town. She is well-beloved and cares for her neighbors in turn, but there is much they do not know: she was unwillingly turned into a vampire long ago, cursed to outlive everybody she once held dear. She passes very well as a human, however -- she is constantly treating her vampiric 'symptoms' and is often able to eat human food, go into the sun, et cetera. When not aiding those around her, she hunts all manner of mythical beast, using their parts to develop cures for varying conditions.
