Dr. Pilkins isn't super sure about his past. He woke up sopping wet and unsure of how his legs worked. The only clue in the pile of trash that he was flopped upon was a framed medical degree laying in front of him. This enlightened Dr. Pilkins to two things; he must be a doctor, and he must be needed to help people somewhere. He joined the pack and became something of a healer, though he didn't really know what he was doing. He's gullible, well-meaning, and easily accepted by anyone he meets. He thoroughly enjoys helping people, even if he requires some assistance to do that. It's very rare to see the good doctor without a smile on his face.
