It's been a story going on for as long as anyone can remember, a supposed girl that cephalopods and jellies alike see on rare occasions in dreams but never met or was never heard of in the real world. Details on her are relatively little and keep varying from testimony to testimony. Some believe her to be a shapeshifter, some believe her to be a ghost, many don't even believe in her existence, but whatever the case, she's a mystery to many.
