Like most students at summerfield, he came from a wealthy family. Daniel is actually Ro’s ex. They met at the arcade Ro works at and they dated for around a year but Ro broke up with him. She told him that it was because she was gay and his response was “oh thank goodness, me too”. They stayed close friends after breaking up and have no ill will for each other. Daniel’s parents don’t know about his sexuality (nor would they be supportive). They actually think Daniel’s boyfriend is a girl.
