Terms of Service
Please read through the terms carefully. By commissioning me or purchasing a character directly from me, you agree to these conditions.
These terms were last updated August, 30, 2022.
General
- Do not claim the art made as your own. You must credit me wherever the art is posted, whether that be twitter or th.
- Do not remove watermarks from my art.
- I retain any and all right to the artwork and to use it as I want. This includes posting it on social media.
- If you fail to follow my tos I have a right to decline your commission and blacklist you.
Payment Process
- All commissions must be paid in full at the time of being accepted for one. Accepted currency is USD through Paypal.
- I start your commission after I get payment, not before.
- If payment isn't sent within 48H of being accepted, then your commission is cancelled.
Working Process
- Process/wip updates will be given if you ask, or if I have a question about the commission.
- Updates will be given to you if there's going to be a delay to complexity, health, work or family issues, etc.
- Don't be afraid to ask how far your commission is!
Image Usage
- I retain any and all right to the artwork and to use it as I want.
- I can post your commission on social media, use as examples and to promote myself.
- You can use your commission for personal use only, I do not have commercial prices and do not plan on making any. You do not have commercial rights to my artwork.
Refund Policy/Order Cancellation
- I have the right to cancel and refund your money at any time during the commission.
- If I can't finish your commission, you will be refunded.
- If I get a sketch done and you want a refund, 1/3 of the money will be kept as I did part of the commission.
- If you haven't sent payment then you have a right to cancel the commission if you see fit.
Commission Privacy Policy
- I will not talk about your commission to other users when asked. The commission is between you and me, nobody else.
- If you request for the art to not be posted anywhere or on a specific platform, it won't be posted.
- If your commission is a gift, the art won't be posted until or after the date given to the person receiving the art.
