Madame Rouge adopt's Ownership

~Rules~

- Pre-made Designs -

• Only Re-sell design if commissioned artwork is added or if bought with $ originally thru or a pervious owner 
• Let me know if the design is ever put up for offers/sale/trade in case i either would like the design back and offer on it or help advertise that the design is up for offers/sale/trade
• character/design must be keep for a whole month before being sold/traded/up for offers 
• ! Do Not make drastic changes to the design, if 90% of the design is not the same as I made it then I will ask for my design back ! 

          | What you Can’t do when on blacklist | 

- Own any of my designs. It dosent matter if you get them as the 17th owner down the line I don’t want you owning anymore designs of mine.

- If they still currently own designs they have to either-  

1. Send them back to me. I don’t care what you got them for whether it’s art, money or oc trades I don’t want to ever interact again so there will be NO compensation. 

2. I will send someone else to get the design back to me and they will be the middle man/woman/person in getting you compensation. (Whether it be art, oc trades, or USD worth, I am compensating them for having to deal with you) and you MUST accept their offer.
