08. Noxxious

Noxxious is constantly exposed to radiation and toxic elements as he resides in a highly radiated and abandoned city, his body seems to be able to withstand even the most potent and deadliest of all radiation. He is unable to camouflage because of his bright coat but he makes up for this in speed, agility and his ability to snake through the crumbling concrete and hide within the fog and mists surrounding the city.
It is unknown whether or not the gas mask is an accessory or a genuine part of this canine anomaly. He is quite a frightening and creepy sight but doesn't seem to be inherently evil or mean. Just absolutely spooky - It is not yet known how or what Noxxious consumes due to the permanent mask, It is thought that his body thrives off of radiation and toxic materials to survive. It is completely unknown where he came from or how.
