By buying a character/design from me you accept these terms:

Try to avoid deleting the character profile. In some cases this can't be helped. But if you do reupload, please credit me again. I'd like to keep track of my designs in the future.

Please note that I do not consider payments are 'for the character/image', but for my service of drawing/creating/publishing the character. After payment you will own the rights to the character or image, but this does mean that I will not be able to offer refunds should you change your mind. Keep this in mind if you buy from me. Do not impulse buy!

You are allowed to resell the character, but not for more than the original transaction. Unless the character has more art added/commissioned, in this situation the price may be increased accordingly. 

You may trade design, get commissions of the design, and/or include the design in personal projects as long as they aren't ment for monetary gain. 

Buyer is allowed to draw characters related to the species/character (like a friend or family member). However, always credit me, the designer (Shenix), when using my (closed)species.

If I have sold a character to you you’re free to (re)name them and have for personal use, and you are free to make edits to the original design.

After sale, I (the creator) might still use the design/character for displays like a portfolio, however I am not allowed to resell it to someone else in any shape. The rights are still the buyer's, and you are free to tell me if you do not want me to use it.
