TERMS OF SERVICE

⋆ designs obtained via sale cannot be sold for more than bought unless extra art was added to it.

ex: character bought for $10, added $10 worth of art --> you can only sell the character for $20 max

⋆ characters received via gift/raffle have no base value and can be traded or gifted but cannot be sold unless extra art was added to them

ex: I gifted you a character --> their base value (BV) is $0 

you added $10 worth of art to the character --> you can sell them for $10

⋆ characters received via trade can be sold, traded or gifted

⋆ editing my art/designs is okay with credit given.  the original unedited copy should always be kept on toyhouse.

⋆ please don't hide/delete my designs from toyhouse

⋆ do not use my art and designs for anything hateful/harmful (eg: anti-lgbtq+, nazism, racism, ableism pedophillia, zoophillia, etc)

⋆ do not use any of my art for NFTs or crypto currency

⋆ for commercial use, please PM me about it!
