Disorders: Anxiety & Severe Stage Fright

• The last time Toni battled in front of a crowd it all went horribly wrong and nearly caused harm to the entire stadium. Due to this event, she now has a bad reputation back home in Galar and feels horrible for embarrassing not only the gym she worked for but her Gym Leader as well.

Hopes/Dreams: She hopes to overcome her unfairly harsh nature & work on being not only a better team player but a better gym trainer as well.

Fears/Nightmares: Her biggest fear is not being able to separate herself from her infamous past, despite putting the work in. Along with falling back into bad habits that she worked hard to shake off.

Motivation:

• She wants to make her Gym Leader proud; She didn't grow up with a father figure in her life, so Arwin was a welcome figure for her to look up to.

• Sandra Rosenthal
  • Toni's mother still resides in the Unova region where she works as a full-time coordinator contest event planner, while her father passed away at a very young age. She isn't the biggest fan of her mother since Sandra often voiced how she hated gym battles and thought of them as "unruly" & "barbaric", and instead wanted Toni to go into coordinating.
• Arwin Electrum
  • Arwin is the current gym leader of the Galvanic Gym located on Dyna Tree Hill within the Crown Tundra. Toni has an incredibly high opinion of Arwin, even going so far as to secretly think of him as the father she never got to have. Arwin was able to see the potential in Toni even during her mean and cocky phase while she competed in the Galar league. Even at her lowest moment of potentially ruining the Galvanic's gym of receiving official recognition from the Pokemon League, and even almost getting herself killed, Arwin still stood by her side to help mold and teach her.
  • They've been through a lot together, and keeping an open and honest relationship between them has done nothing but bring them closer. Toni hopes she can always lean on Arwin when she needs him the most now and in the near future.
  • Arwin has made it clear that he's lived a long life and wishes to one day soon retire from being the Galvanic Gym's leader. While this surprises Toni he made it clear that once she's done with her business on Voronis, he wishes for her to take over as the new Galvanic Gym leader. Something Toni has always wanted from the very beginning, but now isn't sure she's ready. Only time will tell.

  • Toni's bestie whom she met on her pokemon journey. Eerie has been a good influence in keeping Toni's arrogant attitude in check, not tolerating any headass behavior and voicing it. Toni very much respects Eerie's contest career, not completely understanding it at first but coming to love spectating how creative coordinators get with the moves their pokemon has.

  • First introduced as "Emmerson", Emanuel is a researcher who seems fairly secretive about his life. Although Toni does nothing but pokes fun at him and gives him grief, she's always impressed by his inquisitive and curious nature. His attention to detail

Pokemon (Oldest Partners):

• Stobbie | Toxtricity | Modest
  • Stobbie has been with Toni since the beginning of her Galar region career as a trainer. Together they've learned their limits and the consequences of pushing them too far. Toni still feels horrible for pushing him past the point of being under control during a gigantimax battle and lives with the scar she gained from it.
• Toast | Island Raichu | Bold
  • Toast is Toni's oldest pokemon, they've been together since she first started her pokemon journey in her home origins of Unova when Toast was still just a Pichu. She's a good reminder of home and an equally good reminder to stay humble and authentic to yourself through their journey.
• Ronin | Scizor |  Lonely
  • Toni caught Ronin on a whim during their group's first outing, initially unsure of his usefulness since she primarily had experience with electric-type pokemon. But as she's worked with him, and seen his personality come out, she's grown to love & pamper him just like her electric pokemon.
• Rox | Rhycorn | Rash
  • Caught in the caverns, Toni noticed that the Rhyhorns here in Voronis seem to have a strange electric characteristic to themselves that interested Toni very much. Toni wants to spend more time getting to know Rox & seeing just what secrets she's hiding in her evolution.
