About
Azalea has known the forests for as long as she could remember, as it was really the only thing she could remember. Not knowing of any kin or parents, she survived along the outskirts of town before she was caught and brought to the psychiaric ward where she found the most comfort with the emotional support animals than the other wardens or patients, but still would try to help people to the best of her ability albeit very cautious and shy. Even after the eventual escape of the ward, she made it a goal to try and help people who may have lost their way on their ventures.
Appearance
Azalea is generally a taller woman due to the height provided from her bird-like taloned feet that are wrapped as a makeshift shoe up to her calves. The higher parts of the wrap are covered under her pant legs that start at the base of her calf and the more bird quality of her ankle. She usually is covered at the torso with a hooded cloak that flows down to her lower thigh. Her arms are somewhat feathered, more at the wrist to her elbow, and wrapped up in the same fabric as her legs to use as a makeshift bow guard for the 5' longbow she carries. Her hair from a distance may look normal, but closer up they are loose feathers that give a shiny black (with some greenish/purple sheen), the tips are a darkened orange/gold comparable to a european starling. Under all the clothes, there is light and deep scarring across her chest and back.
