Alien Dalmatian

Cookie is an alien that was sent to Earth to observe the inhabitants and wildlife. He was told to "blend in" and was given instructions to shape-shift into a cow. However, Cookie is an idiot, and when he finally arrived on earth, he got confused and wound up in a large city rather than the country side. Here he found a Dalmatian which was white with black spots just like a cow, and ended up shifting into a dog instead. Now he is living on his own in the big city and loves learning about other creatures. He wears a lot of vintage and alien-themed clothing, as this is what his fellow aliens had shown him images of (the aliens had not been back to Earth for a few decades, hence sending Cookie to scout.). The alien themed clothes made Cookie believe that earth-dwellers worship them, so he wears them around like trophies. He loves that these earthlings think so highly of his people! What's a conspiracy theory?...
