Medicine cat apprentice of Sunriseclan
Velvetpaw was born outside of the clans and brought into Sunriseclan with her brother after the rogue battle. She often recieves visions from starclan that seemingly show a terrible fate for the clans if nothing is done about it. At first nobody believed her visions because of her being half rogue but after some things started to come true they entrusted her with interpreting Starclan's messages. After her former mentor died she was left alone to take care of the clan singlehandedly without having recieved her full medicine cat name.

Encounter
even though VelvetPaw is half clan, she has a very strong connection to starclan. since birth she has been recieving visions which granted her the chance to be a medicine cat apprentice. her mentor died before she could learn everything she needs to and she is facing a lot of pressure from being the only medicine cat in her clan. Her brother runepaw tries his best to help her but without him knowing anything about herbs he can't do much about it. Koi additionally teaches her everything he knows about herbs and offers to help her whenever she needs. But without a proper medicine cat to train her she worries about the safety of her clan.
