Penguin is a bright, helpful dragon living on the outskirts of the Ice Kingdom. She is an incredible swimmer with an unusually powerful tail. Much of her time is spent in the arctic waters of the Ice Kingdom. She doesn't get many visitors, so she is overjoyed whenever she finds another dragon milling about in her area. She never hesitates to run right up to them and chat. Most dragons find her strange and overwhelming to be around. She's aware of what others think of her and tries her best not to mind.
