Playful, friendly, and chatty—Minnie is a people person who feels at home in a crowd, in front of a room, or talking to another one-on-one. She has a confidence and certainty in herself that seems innate. Even if she doesn’t know how to do something, she’ll learn. If there’s a problem, she’ll find a solution. Half-baked effort isn’t in her vocabulary, giving 100% to anything she sets her mind to. She wants to be the best, or at least someone known for being able to handle anything you throw at her.

But every star has its blind spot, and beneath the charming persona that Minnie likes to put on, she has her own set of shortcomings. For all the warmth she shows people, plenty of it can be chalked up to insincerity; she’ll gladly help someone meet a deadline they were behind on, and then privately complain that they’re such a slacker. Or, better yet, she’ll slip in comments asking if they’d like help organizing their calendar and optimizing their workflow. She has good intentions, she swears, but sometimes she just wants to make a person stumble a bit. It really all depends on her mood and whims.

And even if someone were to get mad at her or hate her—all press is good press. Putting too much effort into fixing someone’s failing opinion is meaningless when all that matters is that she’s talked about. Of course, she’d rather get along with everyone, but it’s no sweat off her back if not. As long as the positives outweigh the bad, she’ll come out winning somehow. And if she can find an opportunity to get ahead or turn a situation in her favor, she’ll gladly take it.
