Hello! I've finally decided to make a TOS. Please be sure to follow these if you wish to order art from me, or own my designs. Thank you! I hope these rules aren't too harsh, though even if they are I still would appreciate if they were followed.

ALLOWED 

• You MAY redesign a design of mine, however I will always remain the creator.

• You MAY resell a design that I've sold you for either USD or Game Currency, as long as it's equivalent to the original price. This only applies if you haven't added any artwork. (3 pieces)

• You MAY always gift my designs, as long as it is not to somebody listed on my blacklist. 

• You MAY always trade my designs, as long as it's not a gift. If it is a gift, please either give it back to me, or keep it for at least 3 weeks. 

• You MAY always credit me wherever you decide to post my designs/artwork.

• YOU MAY post my designs/artwork anywhere you'd like. Just follow the rule above.

• You MAY ask me to do any changes to your commission. I want my customer to be as happy as possible!

• You MAY always credit my Toyhou.se, Rykioxx (for art) or Rykioxx_Adopts (for designs). 

NOT ALLOWED 

• You MAY NOT claim my designs as your own.

• You MAY NOT purchase my designs with the intentions of reselling them.

• You MAY NOT resell my designs for a higher price than you bought them, unless you've added artwork.

• You MAY NOT trace/reference/steal my artwork. 

• You MAY NOT take inspiration from my designs without asking.

• You MAY NOT remove my designs off of Toyhou.se. It would be such a shame if I couldn't keep track of where they go. 

• You MAY NOT turn my designs into a closed/open species. 

• You MAY NOT sell my designs if you've gotten them for free, unless you've added at least 3 pieces of artwork. 

• You MAY NOT apply your own TOS to MY designs. 

Stuff that myself, as the artist may do. 

• I MAY post your commission whenever and whenever I'd like to promote myself. 

• I MAY decline your request for whatever reason. 

This is my BLACKLIST. I would not appreciate if my designs were sold, gifted, or traded to these people. Please respect this, thank you. These people may never own a design of mine. <3

"Emmy" @SakuraKat / Youy / WinterStudios - Homophobic, problematic in general. Named a child OC of hers after my recently deceased cat. (MHA minor, Bakugo x herself, an adult)

"My TOS still applies even if you made the choice not to read it." - Stolen, but amazing. 

If I see any of these rules being broken, it will very possibly result in a block/blacklist. Thank you! I understand some of these may be stated more than once, I just want to get the word across. :)
