Basic don’t resell for more than you got it without extra art type stuff.

It is preferred that people who are (or mutuals of) people who were on my past blacklist do not own any of my designs as it makes me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. While yes I have moved on it’s still not a nice feeling. Although I cannot stop you if you do own some.

Do not use my designs for Slander towards me or others, N@Zism, Racist depictions or things of that nature, sexism, to promote death threats, to promote Politics or MAPS. If you are found doing this the design WILL be revoked as this has been put on the Design T.O.S and you will be IP Blocked everywhere.

Redesigns are perfectly ok as long as the character somewhat resembles the original design.

I allow up to 2 week holds, if money is not sent within the time span of that 2 weeks without a notice of: Life situations or not having it in time (aka lack of communication) the option to offer will be revoked and the design will go back up for sale.
