A strange yet very warm and friendly little plush bunny, Stitchy was once a normal stuffed animal before being thrown out, just barely missing the dumpster in the back of a thrift store that was closing its doors. While they stayed there for quite a long time, they were eventually given new life (quite literally) after they were possessed by the spirit of a young girl that was tragically murdered near the same spot, her soul having entered Stitchy as a way of reclaiming the life that was taken from her. She spends most of her time wandering around, filled with curiosity and always looking to find new friends and make new discoveries about the world around her- a trait that carried over from when she was living, also having a newfound sense of purpose to help those she meets that are troubled and sad. While she tends to avoid adults, both out of the fear that was born from her death and a fear of the potential reaction they might have upon seeing a "living" stuffed animal, Stitchy loves to comfort other children that are going through difficult times, including those that have also died and remain unable to pass on. As a result of her plush body being possessed by the undead spirit of a little girl, she can communicate with the spirits that nobody else can see- usually being drawn to the lost souls of other kids, providing them with a sense of comfort and helping them move on to the next life. She also has a large soft spot in her heart for other unwanted, abandoned toys that have been thrown out, and has the ability to guide the souls of people into these toys to possess them just like her; she does this to both give the toy and the spirit a chance at new life, and a chance to help others, usually guiding these lost toys to kids or people who need them and will give them the love they deserve, thus allowing the spirits within them to finally pass on and experience a sense of happiness, comfort, relief and love that they didn't get to feel when they were still living. While she cannot speak directly (she has no mouth!), the spirit within her can communicate with other spirits, and she remains just as curious and affectionate as she was when she was living. Of course, she is still quite childish, always getting herself into shenanigans of all sorts, but one should not underestimate her intelligence and understanding of the world around her for how young the soul within her is. Although she love animals very deeply, she tends to avoid a lot of them, especially dogs, out of fear of being seen and used as a chew toy, which is how she got the tear in her left ear; while injuries don't cause her any physical pain, she knows that too many of them will result in her being unable to possess the little plush rabbit any longer, thus usually just leaves the animals alone, with a few exceptions for the more gentle ones that understand and can feel her soul within. Stitchy isn't exactly sure when they themself will pass on, wanting to first explore the world as much as possible and help as many people as they can first, hoping that one day they'll find a child or person who will give their stuffed animal the love it deserves just as well.
