Kris is born to Azalea and Steve Rogers on September 5, 2027.
In 2040, when Kris is 13, Dominic is hired at Brooklyn's Home for Gifted Children. Dominic becomes a mentor for Kris. He manipulates Kris into thinking he cares for him.
Through becoming close with Kris, he also becomes close with the Rogers family. A keep your enemies close situation.
He tries to get Kris to turn against his parents.
"Kris do you realize the damage 'heros' have been causing?! We need to start a new era of real heros! Ones that actually care about the people of this world. Dominic doesn't reveal his full plan to Kris, becuase obv he doesn't trust him not to defend his mother.
