A flighty water deer gal working at a retro-styled diner primarily as its public face, the carhop. She's the owner, proprietor, server... and menu item, if you catch her drift! Nobody's quite sure how she gets away with running her diner like she does, although some suspect that she "bribes" the inspectors...
