Waltz, designated as Lagoon Man, is one of Sullivan's children and agents. He has a stutter in his voice, and often is seen as the more orderly one of their siblings, trying to keep the peace or at the best just avoid following such chaos.
Collected and disciplined, Waltz tends to appear as cool and level-headed compared to other Sullivan numbers... Waltz is normally very polite and kept together, being very well-mannered. He only seems stubborn or agitated from the harassment of others getting on his nerves. Resulting in commonly bashing heads with his sister, Crescendo. Though if all else fails at the end of the day, Waltz will simply do what he knows best: seeking out their mother, Dr. Sullivan, for further aid.

He loves his mama a lot.. he's still pretty attached.
He and his sister fight a lot or get into squabbles, but its all playful, they are pretty close too, proably because of their opposite themes and attitudes.
As much as he cant stand his siblings crude jokes and shenanigans, he can't help but care about the troublemaker.
A relaxing shift to the chaos between the rest of the Sullivans in the agency. Especially the little sailing trips.
Can't help but adore the silent monkey, their energetic and curious attitude is just so sweet to see. Will protect his sibling with his life.
