1) Selling/regifting my designs is allowed. However, you may not sell them for more than what you paid for unless art has been added. The added art does not need to be from commissions. Extra art made by you or given as a gift is free game.
2) You may edit designs originally created by me, as long as they stay relatively recognizable to their original designs.
3) Do NOT edit my artwork. I don’t care if you edit a design that was made on-base, but do not edit my art.
4) Your TOS does not apply to any of my designs, whether you edited them or not.
5) I do not do business with the following: zoophiles, pedophiles/maps, proshippers, bigots, or anything else of that nature. You may not use my designs to promote any of the listed subjects.
6) Selling my designs to anyone who might be blacklisted will get you automatically blacklisted.
7) MY DESIGNS MUST STAY ON TOYHOUSE! I have dozens of free codes for anyone that would be interested in joining the site, but I will not sell my designs to you otherwise. Do not sell my designs to off site users. Just ask me for a code! I don’t mind!
