A spunky, social trans girl who knows all the ins and outs of the town, being friends with many of the people there. Having recently finished school and with a lot of time in her hands, Penelope likes enjoying the simple things in life and tries to make a living out of selling homemade snacks with her mom, though the two often struggle to make a lot. Penelope likes being friendly, but has very little patience when things don’t go well or when people are bad to her.
