Father Dāl's succesor. Although Shin doesn't hold very kind feelings towards him, he feels as though he NEEDS to fill in for his role and fix what Dāl left in his wake.
Trusted and held to a very high regard by Dāl himself, nobody in the Neoseer group understands what the Father saw in him. Shin prefers to die with that secret. Despite the distrust the cult has with him, Mother Tav looks at Shin very fondly.
