August grew up in the Wild West with nothing to his name, leading him to steal whatever he could find whether it be food, supplies, or money. He joined a gang at a young age, proving to be a valuable member with his strategic mind & problem solving skills. However, he grew unhappy with the gang and left to steal and organize scores by himself.
On his venture, he settled in Crow’s Creek where he met his partner in crime, Finnegan. August was the brains of the duo, while Finnegan did most of the dirty work. August is careful to never get caught, as he likes living in Crow’s Creek and does not wish to become an outlaw.

Finnegan is August's best friend and partner in literal crime. Together the rob trains & traveling caravans to live a life of luxury. Finnegan is the only one that August full trusts, and he would gladly give his life for him.
