Here's Liliariah.

A beautiful dark haired half-elf. She has a star birthmark on the inside of her wrist, and she believes that she's somehow blessed- chosen by something important.

She built up Eskadinya, helped her realise how truly gifted and beautiful she was- and as a result unfortunately ended up in her shadow. Eskadinya had always had prettier words, prettier eyes, and a prettier personality than she did. She didn't realise it, no, not really. She was happy to fade into the background, as her noble best friend found glory everywhere she turned.

She didn't realise just how ignored she was until the day Eskadinya ran to her for help. Her body marred by ugly red markings, her eyes red and her nose puffy from crying. In an instant, everything had been taken from Eskadinya. She was terrified for her life and suddenly...

She hears this voice. She's not sure if it's hers, but it must be. Who else's voice if Eskadinya is the only one here? You can turn her in. Then you'll finally be allowed to achieve what your birthmark gifted you. No one will be standing in your way.

"Stand back. You're a witch," she says, and she draws her sword and points it at Eskadinya's throat.

Crushed by her best friend's betrayal, frantic to keep her secret hidden, an accident that will haunt her forever befalls the two women. Just a single twitch of a finger was enough to send her to the ground.

Her last words were awful. "Servant of Evil".

Xornoth of course was surprised that Liliariah succumbed to his voice so easily- half-human, yes, but half-elf as well. Even more so was Eskadinya's slip up. He'd expected her to let Liliariah leave, to be chased out... but she wanted so badly for her to stop, that emotion channeled into murder. And even more surprising yet that Liliariah was willing to turn on her best friend at the drop of a hat. But it's proof to Eskadinya that she is alone, and that is good enough for him.

"Good," he says to Dinya. He pets her hair, tucks a strand behind her ear. "Now leave."

He watches as she disguised herself as Liliariah, and exits the house. Clever thing.
