Winston

Winston is, primarily, motivated by his desire and need to be wanted, approved, and accepted. His self-sacrficing and people-pleasing tendencies are direct evidence of this. He wants to prove himself useful to others, so they're more likely to approve of him. He is, however, out of check with his emotions and has a hard time gaining control or understanding of them.

Anger is his primary emotional outlet, he is short-fused and often snaps. His inability to control his outbursts causes lots of shame and guilt. Anger toward himself is very often direct outward, to whoever may be in the way.

Despite his harshness towards himself, to others he is tolerant and playful. He often puts himself aside to be there for others.
