When Otto was born he was seen as a very anxious and energetic kid!

no one knew how to contain his energy or excitement for the small things, His older brother Cyrus learned quickly that Otto wouldn’t be able to sit in one place for a very long time. Otto tends to run off and get into trouble by accident, he doesn’t mean to start trouble he just wants to be himself and explore. To wear him out he goes on walks with his older brother. He and his brother have been alone for quite a long time,his brother was the one to raise him seeing as their parents couldn’t keep up with a energetic child and a troublesome teenager. He tends to stay near his brother when I’m crowds, he doesn’t like when people yell at him, he’ll usually freeze up, He understands Nature more then people think he does. You’ll usually find this lil guy running around playing or somewhere with his brother.
