i retain the right to use any of my art as part of a portfolio / to promote myself in the future
please dont delete your offer without letting me know! Any verbal notice is fine, please do not offer money if you do not have the funds secure, you may request holds. For uncompleted art offers: if two months pass with no contact i may put the adopt up for offers again
you can change any aspect of the design after ownership, you can redesign it to be part of a species too! ( no need to ask, but id love to see it! ) All redesigns must remain with their originals.
the design can be gifted, retraded, or resold at any time, please label their worth ( what you spent on them ) appropriately, and be fair to other users
the design can be used in any creative projects ( comics, animation ) or for certain commercial projects ( vtuber, small-scale merch production ) visible credit is required. For use in larger-scale commercial or company projects please contact me first
you do not have permission to use my original artwork commercially
you can take inspiration from my art and designs (especially for colors or stylizations, general concepts) its totally okay to have similarities. DO NOT trace or recolor my art to repost it. please avoid crossing anyone elses boundaries when it comes to characters. Avoid copying my characters detail for detail, i work very hard on all of them! If you are concerned about anything regarding this section you can always talk it out with me.
do not create public closed/open species or communities based off any of my designs without getting permission from me
do not delete the characters original art off their profile, you can edit my art if you make a copy, but you have to keep the original visible!
do not delete or make duplicate character profiles on this site, if sold offsite just label it, i am not responsible for keeping track of transactions
i dont currently have a blacklist but i dont want to do any business with people who promote racisim, transphobia, ableisim, pedophilia, zoophilia, other bigotry, or encourage abuse. i cannot void designs i no longer own but i will have my onsite credit removed from designs/art owned by users i dont want to associate with. Im not responsible for the actions of the users who own my designs
