Koi lived amoungst a number off different eevees and their evolutions. Many litters being born to soon go off to be chosen by future trainers to be their first partner pokemon and start their journey. Something Koi was very excited for.

Ever since she was an Eevee. Koi always had weird markings on her fur, looking like little splotches or scaly patterns mixxing with her fur. Not helping her fit in with the rest of her siblings. Bullied into thinking she wouldn't ever have a trainer pick her, so she gradually stopped making that her priority and just learned to have fun on her own. Unlike her brothers and sisters, she grew a fasination with the water at a young age. Seeing the other Vaporeon swimming and having fun, Koi was determinded to join. But her mother would always stop her from jumping into the water.

One day however, Koi snuck out of the nesting area and sat by the waters edge, seeing some Vaporeon still swimming late into the night. Koi notices the shape of their tails and attempts to morph her fur into a fin like shape. Jumping into the water and attempting to whip her tail to move but unable too, her fur weighing her down in the water, it took another Vaporeon to help her out of the water and return her to her nest. Resulting in a scolding from her mother.

Koi would learn to stay by her nest, watching her siblings play. Seeing them be chosen to be young trainers next pokemon. She got used to keeping to herself, to where she started to get her hobby off collecting trinkets.

Koi was the last of her sibling to be chosen. Her mother would bring her forward to a young trainer waiting to get their first pokemon. Scared about how the trainer would think of her, but the young trainer love her. Before Koi and her new trainer would start their journey, a group on pokemon theives suddenly appeared, stealing the majority of eevees and their evolutions. Koi being one. With her strange markings the theives were sure they would make a big payment for her.

Amoungst the commotion the smugglers were stopped by a group of Pokemon Rangers. Dropping Koi, Koi makes a run for it, but out of confusion she rans away from her home and into a wooded area. Looking back at the Rangers and smugglers fighting with there pokemon.

Koi lived in a woodland area for many years befriending many wild pokemon. Making a little home inside of a tree and collecting things that have been left by trainers when passing.

Koi would hide when trainers would walk by the area she lived. She grew to be scared of them. One day however a familiar face was walking by, though she still kept her distance. It was the Ranger that helped rescue her. When the Ranger saw Koi they knelt down offering some food, Koi sheepishly taking it. As Koi starts to eat the Rander makes an attempt to pet her but out of fear Koi jumps back, firing a Swift attack onto the Ranger. Scared Koi runs into bushes to hide. The Ranger apologises and notices Kois little nest of trinkets, the Ranger chuckles and places a small bag next to Kois home, looking like more trinkets. Still hiding in the bush Koi watches the Ranger closely, giving of little growls when the Ranger moves any of her trinkets. But the Ranger never takes any. They place the bag into her nest, stand and waves Koi goodbye; also leaving some pokemon food for Koi to enjoy.

Once the ranger was fully out of sight, thats when Koi emerged from the bushes and has a look in the bag. Rustling through it with her paw, her paw brushes over, what felt like glass and in that moment, Koi begins to glow and she feels herself change. Before she knew it she evolved. Feeling herself taller she tries to fit into her nest but sadly can't get her head even through the hole. Pulling it back out she pouts and scoops up her trinkets and placing them into the bag the Ranger left, tying it to a stick and starts her journey into finding a new home. Thats when she walks by a lake and notices her new look. Shocked but happy. She puts her bag to the side and jumps into the lake finally able to swim. Jumping in and out of the water, racing Magikarp in the water, collecting even more trinkets.

Koi would stay all day by this lake, until nightfall swimming. Collecting her things she makes her way to find a new home. As she walks she notices a big shadow flying over her. Looking up she notices a figure flying above her. A Corviknight? Yes? A Luxray? Also yes? Confused, Koi chases down the flying figure. As she chases the figure, Koi comes to this opening in the trees and is welcomed by a giant building. A Castle?

Koi slowly makes her way closer to this giant castle. As she walks shes feels a presence behind her. Slowly turning she is greeted by an opposing figure looking down at her. A Luxray but also a Corviknight? The tall character doesn't break eye contact with Koi, while Koi shivers slightly looking up at them. Shakely Koi says hello, not showing much in change of emotion. The giant character returns the hello with their own. Koi slowly calming down. "I am Comet, I protect this area, apologies for scaring you." Koi chuckles shaking off the fright she had and trying to pass it off.

"And this is Poppy." Comet gestures behind them but Koi struggling to see, only to have a little face pop out from behind Comets big mane. Smiling towards Koi and giving her a wave with her ribbons. "She's mute, so please don't take her silence as anything else but that. Poppy is very sweet and loves to meet new Pokemon" Comet says as they place Poppy onto the ground. "Hello! Well I'm Koi! Its lovely to meet you both! Is it just you 2?" Koi says, her anxiety now dwindled.

"No there are more of us, many more."Comet says, using their wing to gesture to the rest of the grounds "This has sortof become a safe haven for those Pokemon who have maybe felt unwelcomed or lost. Here we accept everyone." Comet says. Koi looking to toward the Castle, noticing make other Pokemon flying around the towers, and running around the gardens. Koi feeling at home. "Come let me introduce you to everyone. If you are wishing to stay." Comet says as they walk by. Before Koi could even take a step, Poppy wraps one of their ribbons around Kois legs, tugging her to come forward. Koi taking a step and Poppy stumbling but jogging forward, still holding Kois leg.

As they walk on, Comet taking the lead, Poppy running slightly forward only to be pulled back again by their ribbon still around Kois leg. Koi takes in the sights. As they walk another Pokemon comes walking, getting startled slightly by Comet. "COMET! Didn't realise you were back!" the Pokemon says with a breath. "Just back, since we have a new visitor!." Comet says as they step aside and make Koi visible. The unknown Pokemon taken a back "Oh." the Pokemon says quietly "This is Queen." Comet says as they sit. "H-hello! I'm Koi." Koi says. Queen, pouting slightly and avoiding eye contact "hello.." Queen says quietly. Koi chuckling a little as Queen continues to dart their eys around. Comet sitting between them, looking back and forth at them both, sense the discomfort. "Uhm..." Comet begins to speak up before Queen says "I have to go and give these flowers to Dreamer. See you later." Queen says quickly and darts off.

Koi looks up to Comet "Did...did I say somethign wrong? I'm sorry!" Koi says in a panicky tone. Comet chuckles "No no, Queen is not the most social with new people, don't take it to heart. They'll warm up to you, don't worry." Comet reassures Koi. "Lets move on, there more to see" Comet says. Poppy back to tugging on Kois leg.

Koi may have only arrived here and only seen a few Pokemon, but here she already feels as though she has found her new home and doesn't have to worry about feeling alone anymore.
