**By Purchasing Or Owning Designs, Characters and Art Made by me, you are Automatically agreeing to my TOS.**

•You are purchasing the rights to the character.

•Official Designs and Artwork By me are Copyright property. Commercial use or Profit through the use of my art and designs is not allowed without explicit permission.

•Please Ask me for permission before using my art or characters for merchandise, and commercial use.

•Commissioned art can add value to the character, however personal art does NOT add to a character's monetary value. Do not increase the price if no commissioned art is attached to said design.

•Trade Values of a different character DOES NOT add up to characters worth.

•Base worth is always included in ownership history.

• If the character was traded, you may only sell it for its base value.

•If the character was swapped in a non monetary way, please sell it for only base worth if you plan to do so.

•Co owning is allowed, but only one toyhouse is permitted. That being said, please inform me if the ownership status is changed.

•Do Not trade any of my characters, designs, or characters with my art added to blacklisted users.

•Do not upload any of my designs or art to AI, or use it for NFT's of any sort. Doing so will immediately put the offender on permanent blacklist.

**I have the right to block and warn, redistribute ownership of said design if the TOS is misused or broken**
