My Partner and I both really like Rider from the Manga so we thought it be cool in our Splatoon universe that he's the New Agent 3 instead even though he's from Inkopolise. So please don't Hurt us when I say Rider on this ;;
The information was pretty much for fun and from private conversations/rps with my Partner as I do RP my Agent 4 (Agent 4 on Furcadia), Partner is Agent 8 (Agent 08 on Furcadia).

Species: Inkling- Colossal Squid Lineage.
Ink: Sky Blue with a 'corrupted-ish' dark sickly teal color mixed into it (this is due to his condition)
Eyes: Blue outline around eyes, Red, and Navy Pupils,
Permeant shadows/bags can be seen under the full length of his eyes.
Skin: Very Pale (sickly)

(Note: His unusual height is not tide to his condition but to his family lineage of his Bloodline (inkline?) being a direct decedent of the Colossal Squid.
Currently only known inkling to have this lineage due to the fact of how rare Colossal Squids where even during the time of Humans. Four is a bit prideful about his lineage)
Side note: I only say Four is the only CURRENT known Inkling to have this Lineage because I am playing on in real life facts that we do not actually know much about the Colossal Squid
Weight: Unknown. All that has been said is he's ushally light on his feet in turf wars and moves with grace
as if he was swimming in the ocean's deep like the inklings ancestors once did during the time of humans.
Strength: Do to his condition Four is unusually stronger then other inklings and octolings. He has been known to brake steal lamp posts with a punch or a kick out of shear rage and or frustration. He had shattered Shelldon's window multiple times even by even lightly hitting it. He has been known to throw others across the way or kick them across the way into a building in fights causing the inkling or octoling to leave a rather perfect indention in brick, metal, and cement walls.
Family: Abyss (Captain), 'Big Brother' via adoption, Abyss adopted Four to be his lil' Brother.
Infinity (Agent 8/Eight), Girlfriend. (Four doesn't care if Eight's an Octoling, he loves her and that's all that maters to him)
-Both Abyss (Captain) and Infinity (Eight) are the only ones who usually see Four's much more Softer, gentler, caring side.
Friend: Only one, it took 5 years for Four to actually have a friend that wasn't his Brother or his Girlfriend, the New Agent 3 (Rider)
(Note: again please don't hurt me this is just in my Partner's and I's Splatoon Universe that pulls from our favorite game and manga series. We actually wouldn't push this at all on other who are fans of the game and manga)
Unique Characteristics: Scar on Left Eye, tends to keep it hidden.
Appearance: Four is rather tall for an Inkling (6'0''most Cephlings (easier to say this for both Inklings/Octolings) average around 5'0''-5'7''), he has a pale somewhat sickly look to him and usually has shadows under his eyes (entire length as an inkling's eyes are technically connected) from being tiered all the time, unfortunately due to his condition. Around his neck regardless he is always seen wearing an Annaki Chocker Collar (the one on the Annaki Choker Tee), that he never takes off and tends to grip it when starting to feel stressed as this was a gift from both his Brother and his Girlfriend. This collar also shows in his Swim Form and in... another more darker form... Tied around his waste he wears an inky black rider jacket that was a gift to him from the Mother of the Orphanage he grew up in, in Splatsville as a going away/good luck gift before he left and moved to Inkopolise. He rarely actually wears his jacket unless he's having a very bad day in witch he will wear it as a means of saying 'Please leave me alone, thank you.' other wise it is always seen around his waste. Four tends to wear a Mask over his mouth and nose, due to his condition he can be effected by sensory overload with Smell (along with Hearing, Sight, and Touch) so wearing the Mask tends to help with the smell part... sometimes. Over his left eyebrow he is seen to have a bandage over it. The Mask and the bandage combined are also used to hide a scar he has. As a note, he received his Scar sometime after arriving to Inkopolise and after meeting Abyss (Captain) and eventually Infinity (Agent 8) both of witch respectfully become a Big Brother to him (finally being adopted) and the other his Girlfriend.

Kraken/Kraken Royal- Four's Kraken special has a unique look compared to any other Inkling or Octoling
it clearly shows his direct Lineage to his Ancestry of the Colossal Squid.
He appears to be twice as big to others when using Kraken/Kraken Royal special,
along with having the Colossal Squid's signature 'leaf like' mantle fins.
This is his true Special he will use regardless, be it On New New Squdibeak Splatoon missions, Big Runs, Turf Wars, etc.
Zipcaster- Hey he looks cool as a Ninja Squid.
Personality: Extremely serious, acting almost heartless, emotionless, and uncaring like. Though secretly has a heart of gold and is actually very soft hearted and emotional, he just doesn't like to show it. Not much of a laugher or a smiler. Does not like being touched and will become aggressive other wise. Only Captain and Agent 8 (and recently the new Agent 3) does he show his more softer side that cares for those closest to him. He even goes out of his way to be playful and teasing towards Eight by having her get jump scared in Horror Games he plays like Resident Evil 4 (Yeah I made it a headcanon to my partner's and I's splatoonverse). He appears to be very loyal to Team Kraken, and will not join any other team even if asked. Though it should be noted the rare times he can't be on his Team due to one thing or another he has been known to start having severe anxiety attacks, witch is VERY bad for him due to his condition, that will hinder his performance greatly in battles. Aside from that he's well known as being the most anti-social Inkling in Inkopollise, most are afraid of him or call him a 'Monster' after an incident happen when he first arrived in Inkopollise with another Inkling (Goggles). While in Splatsville his birth name 'Drift' carries some weight and he is very much not well liked and feared there, as a note he never started a fight he just finished them and made it very well clear not to mess with him growing up in Splataville.
Likes: Not being bothered, Not being touched at all, SLEEP, Tabletop Turfwars, Turf Wars (depending on his mood and how he's feeling), Agent 8 (this is a given she's his girl friend), relaxing, 'Kraken' Treats (This is something Captain makes using ingredients that only an Inkling with Agent 4's condition would like). Any dish made with Antarctic Toothfish. Playing Video Games like Resident Evil, watching horror movies and being unphased by them while everyone else freaks out with him stating how his life is: "a literal living horror movie as an actual werekraken". Watching these old human time Kaiju movies called 'Godzilla'. Reading old comics from the time of humans called 'Ghost Rider' he doesn't know why but he loves these comics and will show a side of him self no one ever sees when Captain or Agent 8 bring home a 'new issue' or if they randomly hand it to him in public.
Dislikes: High Pitch noises, strong scents (pretty much everything that can trigger a massive sensory overload),Vinegar, smiling, laughing (and being forced to laugh), being called 'Monster', being touched, moons (specifically full moons), Shelldon (more then once has Four shattered the glass window of Shelldon's place out of shear frustration of him not shutting up)
Quirk(s): Insanely/unimaginable ticklish.

"I don't start fights.... I FINISH them..." (referring to anyone starting stuff with him first when he's minding his own business)
"I AM NOT A PET!" (To Captain and Eight when they pet him or skritch him behind the ear or under his chin #werekraken issues)

*Condition: Suffers from being a *Werekraken. It's to be noted that What's shown in Werekraken movies Inklings and Octolings watch are not correct to what an actual Werekraken is. Four can not pass this on to others via bitting at all it is tied specifically to His Ink and His Ink Sac Only, quite literally Four was born with this condition and the only signs he had since birth was he was very sickly looking along with his Ink looking very different from his parants. Four's Werekraken ink is considered Toxic to anyone who gets drenched by it witch triggers a High Fever, weakening, and hallucinations. It will take the Inkling or Octoling a full Seven days to fully recover from a Werekraken's Ink. Silver Weapons do not actually hurt them as Werekrakens are still Ink Base thus why Silver Ink actually does work, but using a weapon AGINST the Silver Ink CAN work as the weapon is pushing the Ink more into the open wound. Werekrakens can also be very docile towards those they consider to have Ultimate Trust in; in Four's case, Captain, Eight, and as of the new Agent 3 (Rider). Werekraken Four shows this docile side and trust towards them by not attacking them and allowing them to touch their paws, much like how a dog trusts someone enough to allow their paws to be touched. This carries over to him in his normal form, and for Four that's a massive sign of trust for someone who does not like being touched ever. Also Four tends to liek tummy scritches when in his Werekraken state and he has absolutely no idea about it and always questions it when Eight brings it up:

Captain: Yeap, he melts like ice cream on a sunny day!

*NOTE: I have been developing my Agent 4's Werekraken stuff for a while now and it's not like what anyone may think it is. I have a massive word doc I've been organizing and adding things to it as more solid ideas come to mind.
Werekraken Apperence:
Ink- Sky Blue with a 'corrupted-ish' dark sickly teal color mixed into it
Warning- WEREKRAKEN INK IS TOXIC AVOID TOUCHING IT OR BEING HIT BY HIS INK AT ALL COST
Eyes- Glowing Red
Skin- Sky Blue- top part of body
White- Underbelly
Ears- 4's Skin Color
Beak- Has two 'Saber' like 'fangs' middle of the upper beak (between the 'fangs) has a ^ grove where his lower beak 'fang' sits
Mantle- Mimics his hair style but are not his tentacles in werekraken form.
Pads (Suckers on his 'paws')- Dark-teal
Note: Pads and 'Paws' are very sensitive to touch.
Will not let anyone touch them unless Werekraken 4 has upmost trust in you.
Other wise you WILL lose a tentacle.
Claws- Cyan

Weaknesses:
-Vinegar: Due to the fact Agent 4 is a Werekraken he suffers from a few weaknesses. Vinegar works like Wolfsbane on a Werewolf in those old human movies the Inklings watch it can cause massive irritation with the eyes nose throat and lungs causing him to cough and gasp for air. One could say he has an Allergy to it due to his Condition.
-Highly acute sense of Smell, Sight, Touch, and Hearing: This is a no brainer as his senses can all be used against him one way or another. Strong scents can floor him with vinegar being the top offender to his olfactory. Any amount of High pitch noises can also cause Four to be floored covering his ears and probably thrashing and yelling from what ever the sound may be, in many cases he has gotten a hearing overload just being around groups of Inklings and Octolings randomly. And Four rarely has his hero headphone equipped when in Uniform unless he has to due to this. Four's sight is far keener then other inklings temporally blinding him with a bright enough light can render him unable to see for a bit until it wears off but he'll use his other senses to help him so this isn't to much of a hard hitter unlike his Small, Hearing, and Touch. Lastly Four's sensitively to touch is far greater then others he can not stand being touched by anyone unless it happens to be those he has upmost trust in, he won't even hand shake with some one or fist bump with someone unless it's Captain or Eight. Even a light slap to his hands can cause him to rear back in pain and causes him to do a pained Werekraken like cry in response as his hands are perhaps as bad as his feet in sensitivity levels and will usually hold the slapped hand closer to his body after that. Though, he can use, and has used , his hyper sensitivity to touch to feel those hiding in the ink via threw his hands or feet knowing where to strike if they're sneaking up on him in a battle. He will even avoid stepping in others inks as that can in a sense trigger a touch sensitivity overload/panic attack even if he's always wearing his Red Hammertreds. His hyper sensitivity to touch tends to be used against him specifically by Captain when he's lashing out at something out of anger and rage or even when the two Brothers clash heads and fight. Currently Captain is 100-0 with Four never wining a fight against Captain, he's just to damn ticklish for his own good and he loathes it big time when it comes to his feet witch Captain will ALWAYS target in a fight after pinning Four down...Eight has also in the past jumped in on it too.
-Silver Ink: As noted in the Condition section another one of his many weaknesses is Silver Ink, ultimately that's how he got his scar on his left eye, if used in Dangerously High concentrated amounts it could potentially be life threatening like 'poison' to him. In smaller quantities like a tiny droplet on the tip of a needle for example can cause him burning pain but a tiny droplet will not leave a scar. While a higher amount will leave a scar (as such the one on his eye left eye from Agent 3 (Captain now) doing a last ditch effort to knock him out throwing Silver Ink on 4's left and then slamming his weapon into it). Silver Ink Scars will react to silver ink near by causing burning pain and a fresh scar from Silver Ink will have lasting pain up to a month (i.e. the next full moon).
-Medication: A special medication that's made for him can greatly weakened him when it is 'Inkjeckted' into his Ink Sack directly during the start of an Unnatural/Forced transformation (more in transformation triggers bellow). When this is done he becomes almost 'bleached' like, his ink color changes to a bone white bleach color and his skin becomes far more paler almost white when his medication is Inkjeckted into his Ink Sack. During this time period he is unable to do much of anything except rest until the medication runs it's course witch can be from 24 to 48 hours.
-Ink Sack: Another Weakness he possess being a Werekraken is sudden 'paralyzes' when the right amount of presser is placed upon his Ink Sack when he's not transform. It is unknown to why this happens but Four will be immobile until that presser is lifted. The current running theory is due to the fact that his Werekraken condition is specifically tied to his Ink and his Ink Sack it acts like a presser point or a weak point on him, even slamming something hard enough into the location of the Ink Sack will floor him along with coughing up his own ink.
Transformation Triggers: There are THREE ways for Agent 4 to transform into a Werekraken. The First one being Naturally Transforming on the Full Moon no medication works for his natural monthly transformation. Another is classified as Unnatural/Forced, this transformation trigger happens when Four is succumbing to High Stress and Anxiety Levels or a massive out burst of Pure Rage and Anger. A Faint red glow from his eyes is a sign of this happening along with his Ink Sac feeling like it is on fire. The final way is rare and more on a personal level with Agent 4 as he can have another unnatural/forced transformation when those he deeply cares for are in danger or threatened a protective instinct kicks in and he'll transform but... with a LITTLE bit of his squidmanity in this transformation trigger unless he doesn't recognize you then well... his beak can bite threw solid steel so..

History:
Ages 1-6: Was a happy lil Inkling living with his mother and father who didn't understand why his ink was different from theirs and why him and his ink looked sickly all the time but none the less he was actually happy... until that faithful night when the moon was high in the sky...
Ages 6-18: ...Lost his Parents at 6 years old, was told they where killed by Salmonids during a Big Run (*actual truth is he transformed for the first time ever).
Was taken in by Whalesong Orphanage, never got adopted, most didn't want an apparent "Sickly child" that may of cost them "a lot of money" to treat as most people in Splataville aren't exactly rich they're poor. Got into a lot of 'Turf Wars' with other groups in Splatsville (not Ink Turf Wars mind you) was also bullied and picked on quite a lot further making him closed off and hateful towards everyone around him. Orphanage's Mother was the closest he had to a 'parant' growing up and would spend a lot of his money he eared from Scrap hunting to help her take care of the Orphanage, but in the end She told him to save his money so he can move to Inkopolise and hopefully have a much better Happier life.
