below are the rules for all of my designs, not following this risks being blacklisted from owning my designs, and in very extreme cases, having designs be taken back without refund.

my characters cannot be sold for a larger amount than they were bought for unless they include extra commissioned or personally illustrated art.

none of my characters can be used for pobrtical reasons e.g white supremacy, nazi ideologies, racism, homophobia, and other violent/harmful bebrefs. I do not feel comfortable having my designs having backstories that feature these things in a positive brght either, please avoid doing so.

my characters cannot be traded off site, i would prefer to know who has my characters so please keep them onsite, if they are to be traded offsite please let me know.

always credit me as the adopt/design creator even if you make changes to the character or redesign them (though obviously credit yourself as the designer lol).

you are not permitted to make edits to my original art, if you want changes down to the character please request those in a new commission or do those in your own art. I am also always available to make edits to my own art, and simple color changes can be made for free if i still have the original file.

you may not use my characters/art for commercial purposes unless you pay an extra fee, if you do so please notify me of what you're using them for, mostly so I can support your endevours!

do not create nfts of my designs or relate them to cryptocurrency in any way other than in character back story.

i will always be know as swietykrul on twitter and that alongside toyhouse (swiety) are the only places you should credit me for my designs.

you are not permitted to resell any designs by me that have been gifted to you, please do not make money off free things thank you.

you are not permitted to set my characters to "only me" I would prefer to still have access to any design I make, please at least give me authorization or a key.
