About Quinn

Quinn comes across as a very strike person, she always makes sure to stand tall and to hold herself to a certain standards. Because of this she has a hard time understanding jokes and sarcasm. She has a quick temper that tends to push others away. Though when ever she talks to kids she turns into the kindest person, she will stop at nothing and always help if their are children are involved. Quinn is a very privet person, she needs to trust someone very deeply to share her past. That is how she feels about her group, they have been through so much together, she sees them as is practically family at this point. She cares deeply for her group members, making sure all of them is welled healed all the time.

Her fighting skills are a little lacking, shes more use to cutting dead people, then alive and moving people, but she does have a proficiencies in knives, so if luck is on her side she can still cause some damage. Her other skills mostly come from her magic. Ever since she made a deal with a demon her magic is much more powerful through her skeleton arm. She has three main spells thats she uses, those being

Until the spell ends, you can ask the corpse up to five questions. The corpse knows only what it knew in life, including the languages it knew. Answers are usually brief, cryptic, or repetitive, and the corpse is under no compulsion to offer a truthful answer if you are hostile to it or it recognises you as an enemy. This spell doesn’t return the creature’s soul to its body, only its animating spirit. Thus, the corpse can’t learn new information, doesn’t comprehend anything that has happened since it died, and can’t speculate about future events.

History

Quinn was once a well beloved mage in her village. Though when the village was attacked Quinn's little sister was sadly killed. This broke her, and she isolate herself away from the town. In her sadness and desperation to get her sister back, Quinn turned to necromancy becoming obsessed with the needed power to be able to bring her back.

In a deal with a demon to become more powerful, the demon ripped away her left arm, leaving nothing but bone. Any magic she uses is amplified through her skeleton arm. She now keeps that arm wrapped up, making it seem normal. Though when ever she uses her magic the bandages unwrap themselves and float around the bones, until she's done and they re wrap themselves. A unknown side effect to the demons deal was golden eyes being tattooed on her arm and neck, as well as gold freckles appearing on her face.

Even with this new power she still wasn't powerful enough to resurrect her sister. Leaving her village she set out to gain more power and find the woman who killed her sister. She meet a small group of misfits who she now adventures with. Through her adventures she's been through a lot. With age her eyes became a little worse and now has to wear glasses whenever she reads.

Spells

• Toll The Dead

You point at one creature you can see within range, and the sound of a dolorous bell fills the air around it for a moment. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d8 necrotic damage. If the target is missing any of its hit points, it instead takes 1d12 necrotic damage. The spell’s damage increases by one die when you reach 5th level (2d8 or 2d12), 11th level (3d8 or 3d12), and 17th level (4d8 or 4d12)

• Speak With Dead

You grant the semblance of life and intelligence to a corpse of your choice within range, allowing it to answer the questions you pose. The corpse must still have a mouth and can’t be undead. The spell fails if the corpse was the target of this spell within the last 10 days.

• Healing Word

A creature of your choice that you can see within range regains hit points equal to 1d4 + your spell casting ability modifier. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.
