Neon "Pan Pride" Obsidian (Light Blue Sapphire)

Currently a semi-elite Sapphire within the Empire, however not as high ranking as others. Light Blue Sapphire is the Sapphire component to White Diamond’s personal Obsidian guardian. Making her the highest ranking gem within the fusion, which in itself allows Obsidian to be high-ish ranking without their current duty influencing it. She has her own personal guard in the form of Infrared Ruby, another component of the Obsidian. How she met the other members is fairly simple, she met the pearl at one of Orange Diamond’s events, and the other two later down the line. She displays herself as a more fun loving Sapphire compared to the other oracles within the Empire. Her future vision is nothing special, providing supposedly accurate outcomes for the future like any Sapphire should. However that doesn’t mean some of her predictions haven’t come true, there have been a few cases in which her visions have failed to yield viable results. Light Blue Sapphire is more treasured as a component of Neon Obsidian then she is as a stand alone Sapphire, which might be the reason she was never granted a pearl and only a Ruby. While Obsidian isn’t fused she does the normal duty that any Sapphire does, but instead of serving the diamond directly she is more a show piece. The simple elite that makes up the party of the strong soldier that stands besides the highest matron. Which makes her wary that her status is simply nothing, but she tries to stay positive. Overall, the Empire doesn’t value her outside the fusion of Neon Obsidian. But with the support of her fellow Obsidian components she’s able to see the bright side and look forward to the future, literally and figuratively.
