Ichorus

He has a long term illness that's slowly turning him into a zombie but he's completely unaware of it happening he thinks he's just normal. He's staying at a hospital for treatment but there's no real cure or anything for his conditions and the doctors are pretty much giving up on him as time goes on and he gets worse. What a loser
