Magnus was born on Pandora (keeps that fact to himself) and worked his way up to getting a job at Hyperion as a scientist. He really just worked to survive so he never complained or thought much about what he was working for. He never had any opinions about Handsome Jack either but as a CEO he sucked lmao
After all hell went lose at the end of TFTBL, Magnus was able to escape Helios but not unharmed. The landing was messy and scratched him up pretty badly (eye and arm). He also lost some good coworkers he cared about. Eventually he found out about Atlas coming back to the big picture and found out that Rhys of all people was the new CEO of Atlas, he offered to work for him (again, mostly just to survive). He has a grudge against Rhys' actions but not the guy himself, so working with him gets awkward every now and then.
Magnus suffers from sleep deprivation due to being a workaholic. He eventually gets introduced to a vault hunter called Mateo and Rhys assigns Magnus to help the vault hunter. Magnus and Mateo start to form a bond when working together and they're very gay<3 thats it

Design notes:
-Please use the first image in the galley as the ref (the sketchy one)
-The prosthetic can really be drawn however you like as long as its grey
-His hair is in a low bun btw
