Biography:
A wanderer of the Deserts that surround the Kitsune Shrine she calls her typically hidden home. Sayo Chisaka is one of many Shrine Maidens across the world, and a Master Hydromancer that would seem completely out of her element. However, thanks to several techniques and her chest, Sayo manages to literally carry the water wherever she needs to go, instead of relying on nearby sources of water or weather.
Her... Unique talents, were brought about in the first place by her then innocent love and inexperience with Hydromancy and it's practises. Specifically, Sayo demands that the cause was due to a mysterious potion gifted to her by a travelling salesman. And supposedly, the potion would grant the wishful kitsune "All of the water power that she could wish for" before soon disappearing... Sayo still isn't sure if that man was telling the truth or managed to scam her in just the right way that it worked out for her.
Personality:
Innocently pretentious and vastly more warm then she would try to act, Sayo Chisaka's experiences within the desert have made her like a diamond-edged dagger. Sharp with oh-so glorious swiftness, but any kind of practicality is lost within any moment of grand pressure. Sayo wishes to be seen as a great magic wielder, and a loyal maiden for her Vulpine Gods, and a perfect example of everything she wants. However, it is painfully clear that she cannot succeed in this endeavour, maybe she knows as well, if she won't admit it.
Likes
-Showing off | There is nothing that makes her feel happier then showing off. Be it her powers, her body, or anything that proves she is better in some way, she loves it.
-Shiny stuff | Gold and jewellery to sparkling trash and cleaned glass, Sayo loves anything that reflects light. Perhaps it's because she can relate to it.
-Sweet Treats | Anything that can satisfy Sayo's easily pleased sweet tooth makes her happy, and typically, it's a concerningly easy goal to reach.
Dislikes
-Mud | Sayo has an absolute hatred of Mud. It gets things dirty so quickly, and she has yet to figure out a way to not leave behind a mess whenever she steps or slips.
-Milk | Dislike in multiple ways, from taste and texture to troubles and trickery, Sayo's history with milk is filled with more holes then the cheese it could've been made into.
-Mortification | One of the only times Sayo will actually be mean to someone, being embarrassed about what makes her proud makes her feel awful.
NOTES:
Sayo's list of powers
-Hydromancy Mastery - Able to move water however she wants, Sayo's talents outclass many wielders. Even if she is unable to form water from nothing like most Hydromancers.
--However, this 'mastery' of Hydromancy comes with two conditions; The water has to be fluid, and it has to be clean enough.
-Areolas of Aqua - Sayo's breasts act as huge storage tanks for water, expanding to colossal sizes with ease.
Headcanons
-Sayo belongs to a group of Shrine Maidens who believe their deity takes the shape of Fennec Foxes, and tend to argue quite loudly if a visiting worshipper questions it. With guests, however, they will strongly affirm their belief.
-Has been known to suddenly arrive and save people from the desert. Be it dangerous creatures or the environment itself. People have speculated that she actually waits to ensure that she is shown as gloriously as she wishes.
-Although relations with nearby settlements can be rocky sometimes, Sayo has been a major managed to help keep things temperate. Nobody is really sure how, but she just kinda manages it.
