• very horror-themed with creepy attractions and a small fair, including haunted house, attached to it
• randomly appears and disappears in towns and has many stories told around it
• especially a lot of stories around the owner himself
• no one is really sure where Mr. Midnight comes from or how old he is or who he actually is
• some people say that the circus has been around for decades
• coincidentally, a circus just like his burned down some decades ago
• coincidentally, most of the performers don't seem mortal, some are monsters, others ghosts or zombies
• Mr. Midnight himself doesn't seem to be fully mortal either
• many villagers tell stories about his looks, especially his light eye with the moon and the dark eye without a moon
• some say that he is two-faced in more than one way: the charming ringmaster supposedly holds a secret. what secret? depends on who you ask
• but one wonders about his circus sometimes. why does it appear only by night? how does the large carnival appear and disappear as it pleases?
• who tried burning it down decades ago? why?
