Dr. Cangerie Chromaclutch

Dr. Cangerie Chromaclutch, an Arcanopsychologist with a sinister goal- use his knowledge of the mind and of Necromancy to find the most fun way to drain the life energy from someone. He does this in part via the colorful patterns on his clothes and in his flame, shining them in disorienting patterns before using his magic to cause magical bouts of negative emotions that draw out his subjects' life force.
Dr. Chromaclutch can come off as incredibly mellow and almost unfeeling by nature of his unchanging expression, but make no mistake- this fear-loving freak is also fun-loving, mischievous, and insatiably curious.
