Virgil

Virgil is a local vigilante that both Jitters and Stumble are friends of. He's a free spirit but stoic. But has a heart of gold and means well to others. He doesn't just stop crime, he helps around his community, doing his best to make it a little better. He is also quick, agile, his fighting style is more defensive than offensive, he doesn't kill and only knocking out criminals until authorities arrive.

FACTS:

-He has a sweet tooth, he really likes chocolate

-He has no home and often just sleeps where ever, but sometimes he lives with the mercenaries.
