Profile
One of the older magical girls, if not the oldest. Her niece is also a magical girl.
Friendly when upon first meeting you, Cloud Nine likes to act younger than she really is. She likes to turn into a magical girl to forget her age once in a while, not that she'll ever reveal that fact to anyone. She'll play along, pretending to be less than observant and forgetful. Putting on this disarming facade allows her to get a better, more candid view of the other person. Cloud Nine- who also goes by Cloudy or Nine, generally makes her impressions of people this way.
When she no longer needs or is able to continue this act she'll reveal more of her true nature. She's observant and the stern mom friend. She'll give short but firm lectures to the others when she feels it's necessary although she doesn't particularly like doing so because it puts her in a bad mood for a little while. She's had enough of that from her ex-husband.
