Ritsuki comes from a very powerful and wealthy family, he is used to being able to get what ever he wants when ever he wants and no one gets in his way. He puts on a facade of seeming interested in people and their life just because he thinks the more 'friends' you have the more people will do you favors / listen to you. His stand first appeared when he was a young boy in his early tweens and he got cornered outside of a store and the opposing kids pulled out a knife after demanding money. The stands name is Touterelle which means dove, can freeze people in their spot for 3 seconds, the stand can move but the affected users cannot, although time itself has not been stopped.
