This is a continuation of "Albus" storyline, where he turns even more golden and monster-like due to prolonged light poisoning. You could call him a "late stage" sin eater.
Despite Hydaeyln's efforts to save him, he still insisted on fighting monsters, even though he is confined to the island of Kholusia.

Unlike normal Albus, he is much more aggressive and actively protects the village that took him in (And Kholusia as a whole).
Despite being small, he is Very fast and strong with his claws, but can also cast powerful magic spells with his staff.
