Any changes to these terms apply retroactively

-Designs may not be bought with the sole purpose of reselling. 

-The buyer may resell purchased designs may be resold both onsite and offsite for whatever price you please, however, you must have owned the character for at least a month before you may resell it. 

-I must remain credited for the design, no matter where it is posted.

-The buyer may resell purchased designs, whenever possible, please avoid the deletion of the character on TH. [Resell to users who have TH accounts whenever possible] 

-The buyer may make any kind of alteration to the design, however, no matter the changes, I will remain the creator of the design. [Redesigns are more than okay!]

-The buyer may not make the design into kind of closed or open species. 

-As the producer of the design, I reserve the right to repost and publish artwork to promote myself, to display where I like and to post wherever I like. 

-The original image may not be altered in any way, unless text is being added or it is being resized. 

-Designs that have been awarded for free may not be resold and can only be traded for other characters, unless the buyer has purchased artwork for the design in question.

-Making 'offspring' designs is perfectly fine as long as they're not carbon copies.

-Purchased designs may be used commercially in the form of stickers, badges, merch, vtubing, etc etc. [Please contact me beforehand, my original art cannot be used commercially without prior discussion. Feel free to commission or draw your own art of the design to use commercially.]

-I have the right to reclaim an OC if I deem it necessary (i.e Zoophilia, Racism, Hate Speech, etc.) or if I am blocked for any reason.

-Please do not transfer my designs to anyone on my Blacklist.
